REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS) - EUROPEAN UNION

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be in the condition you received it
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • With original tags and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Important note: SuzRevera items are made-to-order (Print-On-Demand). Although they are made especially for you, European law guarantees your right to return within 14 days. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before completing it, consulting product descriptions, measurements, and images.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has:

  • Production or printing defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

In these cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at info@suzrevera.com indicating:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable, in case of damage/defect)

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions

  3. The return address will be provided by SuzRevera after approval

  4. Important: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted

RETURN COSTS

  • Defects/Damage/Incorrect item: SuzRevera covers shipping costs
  • Change of mind (14-day EU right): Customer covers return shipping costs

EXCHANGES

We do not accept direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

  1. Request a return of the original item (within 14 days)
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Exception: In case of defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

EXCEPTIONS - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not covered by the right of return:

  • Products clearly personalized with name, text, or photograph provided by the customer
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Final sale or clearance items (when clearly indicated)
  • Gift cards

Note: Standard SuzRevera products featuring our designs and characters (Lia, etc.) are not included in this exception and may be returned within 14 days in accordance with EU law.

REFUNDS

Processing time:

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Additional time may be required for your bank to process the refund

Refund amount:

  • Defects/Damage/Incorrect item: Full refund + shipping costs
  • Voluntary return (14 days): Product value (original shipping costs not refunded)
